COSY CAPTAIN’S HOUSE-sleeps 6-8 persons. 3 FLOORS of Building-Ocean facing 8 metre Terrace (4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 Queen Size double, 2 bathrooms, 1 NEW kitchen-mountain views and 2 lounges one larger with dining area) with Private Garage, Garden, Terraces large covered barbecue area from 380 EUROS for 3 persons in 2013.
Located in Paul do Mar a historic fishing village on Madeiras hottest and sunniest south west Calheta coast. The area is popular with Country, Nature lovers with FREE white sand beaches and Levada Walks coastal and into the most UNESCO protected forest with waterfalls in Madeira.
But, Nothing is far away! The village has a small Supermarket Bakery Restaurants Bank Bars Health Centre. 10 mins drive away is Calheta town with large Supermarket Marina with Restaurants Emergency Hospital
There is a an additional €6 EUROS per person per night for any extra persons more than 3 persons sharing the accommodation.
DEPOSIT: a 30% deposit must be paid within 5 days to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before check-in at the accommodation.
LAST MINUTE: when a booking is made within less than 6 weeks of the check-in, the complete payment is required and it is non refundable.
PAYMENT is by bank to bank transfer to a Portuguese account.
Communication of cancellation: if clients have to cancel, communication must be in writing and as soon as possible
CHECK-IN: from 3 p.m. Check out: 10 a.m at the latest.
